📅 Booking & Deployment Protocol

When you schedule a mission (service) with Detail Soldiers—whether online, by phone, or in person—you agree to abide by our rules of engagement. Your booking secures a deployment slot, and once confirmed, you are bound by these terms. Prices and detailing packages are subject to change at our command. Updates will be relayed via our official HQ at www.Detailsoldiers.com.

💳 Payment & Clearance Procedures

Payment is processed upon mission completion. We accept cash, debit, and credit cards. If your payment method is declined, Detail Soldiers will request an alternate solution. A collection operation will commence if unresolved within 48 hours.

🚗 Pre-Mission Vehicle Preparation

Troops are not responsible for securing valuables. Please remove all personal belongings, currency, and sensitive items prior to service. The vehicle must be stationed in a lawful and safe location for detailing operations.Our detailing efforts are rigorous but within the limits of standard cleaning processes. Any service-related claims will be reviewed up to the cost of service.

⏳ Rescheduling & Cancellation Orders

Operations may be rescheduled or canceled up to 48 hours before deployment without penalty. Cancellations within the 48-hour window will incur a $40 readiness fee to compensate for mobilized troops.

⚠️ Specialized Cleanup Fees

Any missions requiring the removal of biohazards (urine, vomit, blood, feces, or other hazardous materials) will be subject to a 20% hazard surcharge.

🎖️ Satisfaction & Quality Assurance

If our squad fails to execute the mission to specification, and clear evidence supports the claim, Detail Soldiers will redeploy at no additional charge .All claims must be reported within 24 hours of service completion via phone, email, or text. Supporting photo evidence is required.

🚛 Arrival & Operational Timing

Our detailing troops strive for punctuality. However, due to unpredictable traffic conditions or mission variables, arrival times may fluctuate within a 30-90 minute window.

🎖️ Referral & Discount Strategy

Occasionally, Detail Soldiers deploys reward programs for loyal recruits. Referral bonuses may be earned by enlisting new customers via a unique referral code. Credits and coupons cannot be combined.Unauthorized enlistment maneuvers (spam recruitment, self-referrals, fraudulent tactics) are strictly prohibited. Violations will result in revoked credits and potential disqualification from future incentives.
